So last night I had a brain-dump with a fellow subscriber via WhatsApp.

I was thinking about Faiā’s new direction and the concept of Harmonized Growth.

As I was fleshing it out in real-time, I was trying to explain it in a way that would make sense to her.

Then I realized a natural comparison emerged between the concept of design-thinking from IDEO and “navigator-thinking”.
